Realms do not work on Ubuntu / Linux

I have realms on all 3 of my Minecraft accounts, the Realms button shows up on other computers, but it will does not appear on Ubuntu.
I have the Minecraft launcher set to Read and write in all categories.

How to reproduce:
1. Get a ubuntu computer, or install ubuntu.
2. Log into an account with Minecraft Realms.
3. See no realms button.
