/setblock only works once

I tried to create a redstone block on a set cords using /setblock command with command blocks. It works fine the first time, but when I remove the spawned block and try again i get the message (in red text) "The block couldn't be placed". It will continue giving me this message until I delete the command block and rewrite (or paste) back in the same command line. Then it works fine for one time and the same story repeat itself.

I'm currently on a multiplayer server, and i've checked! There is nothing wrong with the server, not is it giving me errors. I got commandblocks enabled.
I get the same error in both survival and multiplayer
