cannot create the big trees (2 by 2) other than the jungle one

when trying to create a 2 by 2 tree of birch oak or spruce it doesnt make a huge 2 by 2 tree, instead it just creates a normal 1 by 1 tree, but in the case of birch and oak they can be places directly against each other, with the exception of spruce, in which case 3 blocks between each tree is needed
