Command Block Minecarts Crash My Game

What I expected to happen was it would give me a command block minecart

What actually happened was it crashed my minecraft and on my server, I got end of stream

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go Into a creative world with cheats enabled
2. Open your chat
3. Do /give @a 244
