Logging into a multiplayer server and brings me back to launcher after 2 seconds

Logging into a multiplayers' server and after 2 seconds my game crashes and brings me back into the launcher..
If I play at my singleplayer world nothing crashed and then if I login into that multiplayer server my game crashes and brings me back to the launcher..
PLEASE HELP ME !
