Big window bug (Windows7)

When you press play at the launcher and the new minecraft window opened and while the screen is black and it is going to show you the menu you make the minecraft window big, the window gets big but the minecraft menu will stay small the whole time.

Clicking singleplayer or multiplayer still works then.

I am not sure if this is a minecraft bug or a bug in Windows7
