This happens every time I open a world...

My server log is being spammed with the attached file, and I have no idea what is going on. When I log into the world in Single Player, only three chunks load. and the rest is void, I know they are not actually void because when I jump in it, it linger in the air a little bit. and never reach the actual void below bedrock level.
