Mobs (Endermen) don't flash red when hit in the end

Mobs in the end don't flash red when hit, the hit sound plays and the boss health bar of the Ender dragon decreases.

Tested with the Ender dragon and Endermen.
At least Endermen turn red when hit in the overworld.
