Fire Aspect+Flower pot/flower clone

Since 13w38c onwards, fire aspect does not seems to work. I do not if it just me or many others but that the case and on 13w38c, if you put a water bucket at a flower pot with flower, the flower is clone once. It affects all gamemode since you have to use a water bucket to break the flower pot.
Since It been another snapshot week, I decided to report it and hope that it get fix as soon as possible and I cannot find any one reporting the flower pot glitch about using water other than the breaking of block below the flower pot.
