Iron golem animation too fast and does not deal damage

In creative,

• make a village (by putting doors against walls),
• spawn some villagers
• wait for a iron golem to spawn (need many doors and villagers).
• Hit him
• switch to survival,

he will attack you but doesn't do any damage. Plus, the animation and the sound are too fast. Very too fast.
