Flickering Sky / console no message

when it was raining the sky went flickering between darker en lighter, (Server)

PS: the console doesn't post any messages, About the console: http://gyazo.com/fcc93084fef8cdbf236c6ad6753567bf, just started it up, notting was sayed in console, even when i send something, most of the commands dont work either,
