Emeralds name in villager GUI

When you're buying from a villager and eventually aren't able to buy anymore of the item, but you put an emerald into one of the slots, the name will be blocked by the cross that is on an arrow.
I was using a mod at the time, but it doesn't edit base class files, so it shouldn't be that. Might be MCForge though
