Destroying the block below a flower-pot with a flower placed in it will duplicate the flower

Destroying the block below a flower-pot with a flower placed in it will duplicate the flower

When I go to mine the block holding flower-pot, the flower will duplicate. Obviously, this shouldn't be occurring.

To recreate the bug;
1. Place mine-able block down
2. Place Flower-Pot
3. Place flower of choice
4. Mine the block and the flower will be duplicated
