killing squid in water

when i atack a squid while swiming it boots me from a lan game

What I expected to happen was...: to kill the squid and to collect an inc sack

What actually happened was...: i got booted from the server when i made an atack wth a stone sword

Steps to Reproduce:
1. wearing leather armor chest and pants

2. equip stone sword
3. swim in water and atack squid
