Music Discs Do Not Play At Correct Volume

I was playing on survival server and I used disc strad (if that helps) and played it to heard music however it didn't play loud enough so I had to go to configure music and surprisingly if just clicked on music bar. sudden music comes to my ears. I clicked on same place when I played music. It isn't music bar it's disc.

I expected music discs to play loud enough so I can walk in my home still hearing it. What actually happned is I inserted music disc and played very low volume. Steps to repdroduce. 1st Put Music Disc in jukebox 2st See if it is loud.
