Fire Aspect doesn't set mobs on fire

Fire Aspect doesn't set mobs on fire, but killing cow or pig it still gives cooked food without fire effect. Mobs don't take fire damage using fire aspect sword.
Tested on different types of swords and both in creative and survival.
