Unpickable Items (using /summon)

I have summoned an item using new summon command

/summon Item ~ ~ ~2 {Item:{id:(any id)}}

it successfully summoned the item but when I walked over it, I couldn't pick it up but I could move it using blocks or destroy (by lava). Thanks for your attention
