Steps to reproduce

• Type

  /give <PlayerName> 346 1 0 {ench:[1:{id:62,lvl:4}]}

  (the lvl can be as high as you want, as long as its higher than 3)

• Attempt to fish, the particles will not appear, and fishing will be impossible
