Game crashes when logging into Multiplayer with a Resource Pack

When logging onto a multiplayer server with a Resource Pack on, the game crashes and boots me back to the Minecraft Launcher.

I can log onto the game without a Resource Pack and then turn it on without issue, but cannot log on while its set to be used.
