13w38c crash when rendering minecarts + (13w38a) scoreboard sidebar not showing up

1. The game always crashes in 13w38c(a is working) whenever the game tries to render a Minecart.
2. In 13w38a(maybe also higher versions) the game doesn't show up the scoreboards sidebar.
