duplicated item frames in different worlds

While I was exploring one of my single player worlds (normal world) I found some item frames located in the same spot as some other item frames from an other world (superflat world). These item frames have the same item in them. I placed one more item frame in the superflat world and then reloaded
the second world. The item frame appeared in the second world too.
