Overworld Frames portet to the end

After setting up 13w38c on my server saw strange black shadows on the left on my way back to the exit.
I switched to creative to look whats going on and then i saw the Item Frames which where in the exact same order as i have in the overworld at my base but the strange was that they're all flying.
