CommandBlock summon Active Repeater to powered itself then crashed the game.

I've been think some weird thing like self activated command block. Then I tried to summon an "Active Repeater (TileID:94)" using CommandBlock any type in "summon FallingSand ~ ~5 ~1

{TileID:94,Time:10}

". Then I powered the CommandBlock with a Redstone Torch. And then Active Repeater has summoned and fell down right on the Redstone Troch. CRASHED. I poped out of the game.
I'm so confused.
