On-Hand Inventory Background

The inventory is coloured behind the tools and food/armour/potions. It does not highlight it for blocks

What I expected to happen was...:
There should be a clear background behind the tools/food/armour/potions.

What actually happened was...:
There was a colour related background(as in the colour of the tool was the colour of the background) that is glowing behind the tool, armour, potions or food in thein-game viewable inventory

This is possibly caused by the enchanted items, but the potions or ingots are hard to see a reason behind their background. It is possibly a rendering issue. Really odd, possibly related to the glitch where enchanted armor will make empty armor slots a different color.

Steps to Reproduce:
It suddenly showed up.
