Minecraft menu renders to corner of screen.

NOTE: This is not a "duplicate" of MC-13661
The only duplicates I have found of this problem while using the search function were closed due to being supposedly "duplicates" of MC-13661.

Only the main menu is rendered in this way. Not while playing in a world. Maximizing and minimizing has NOTHING to do with this problem, and does nothing to fix it.
