Scary Fire orb bug

hello i keep seeing Orbs of fire small i tihnk there are sometimes used by admins. but it is in a Non multiplayer server O_O i think this is my scariest bug.I cant take any image cause it is fast it Flies fast! :O please fix this scary bug :I
