"Clouds" setting is toggled when clicking "GUI Scale" setting

If you click the "GUI Scale" setting when it says "GUI Scale: Normal" or "GUI Scale: Large," the "Clouds" setting gets toggled. It happens most of the time, but not exactly every time.

For some reason, this only happens when the game as maximized. I couldn't get it to happen with the default window size.
