"Surviving Death" glitch

Occurs when player applies Instant Health effect with a duration after using a Health Boost potion with a negative amplifier.
Occurs because the player's maximum health is lower than their actual health. The hearts not shown on the healthbar damage the player once the Instant Health effect with a specified duration is applied.

Player recieves the death screen, but is still alive. Opening the inventory screen or entering third person shows the player character in a constant, glitchy death animation. Other than that, everything is normal.
