While in game my screens background will flash, minecraft is the only program of many on my computer doing it.

When I start Mineraft the launcher works just fine. When I press play and the game loads is when I start to have that problem. Not only does my background flash, but in the upper left hand corner it will flash quicker then i can blink. "Not Responding". I have never had a problem like this before, I have check network connection(which was good), I've turned off my computer, I've tried closing minecraft. Nothing is helping. I figured it might be a bug or something because it's only minecraft doing it. any other game or browser or anything I open will not do it. It also doesn't matter what size i have the game screen as. It still does it. From when I click singleplayer 3-4 time before it goes through... too chopping trees down with an axe.
