extreme zombie spawnig

extremly many zombies spawned at ones, around 400. also the zombies spawned in the water, which should be impossible.

notes:
it happend in a half way finished perimetter
close to the iron trench. (32 stacked villages)
i killed a zombie a few moments earlier.
