Wrong particle colour when breaking tall ferns

When breaking tall ferns (in Taiga Hills biome), if you break them at the bottom, they give particle effects matching the colour of the ferns. However, if you break them in the top half the particles are a much darker green - about the colour of grass in a jungle biome.
