Ice Plains Spikes contains grass, sand and sugar canes in River biome

The problem is, River biome generates grass, sand and sugarcanes at side of a river. This is nice in desert biome, but I think it is unwanted in Ice Plains Spikes biome.

Steps to reproduce
1. Find a river in Ice Plains Spikes biome.
