Double chest placing graphical glitch

I was placing a lot of regular double chest for mass storage I was placing them east to west (not sure if this affects it)

Then the second chest I placed glitched next to the first chest for a very short time then went back to original position.

Place one chest on the ground
Shift click to place another next to the first to make a double chest
