Ferns and Tall grass bug

If you place down a fern, then a tall grass (sheared grass) directly on top of the fern. The fern will turn into the grass and won't give you the item back.

NOTE: this also happens if you place down the grass first, there's really no easy way to show this in a screenshot, but I'll try my best. I have no mods installed.
