Give Command not working with Enchants

Okay I was Using the give command in my adventure map to give a player a knock-back stick but when I Ran the command it only gave it the protection enchantment here is the command i used:/give StarryDuckling 280 1 0 {ench:[0:

{id:19;lvl:100}

]} please tell me if this is a bug or i entered the command wrong(pretty Sure I didn't)
