Not being able to interact with mobs after death.

When I died I wasn't able to interact with any mobs for about a minute
I thought that when you respawn you should be able to interact with mobs instantly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do /kill or get killed by a mob.
2. Try interacting with a mob soon you respawn.
