Very bad performance when rendering world.

I have allocated 6GB ram to my minecraft. Then I made new world. After exploring I saw so much invisible chunks! This is clearly not intended.

If this is duplicate of another older bug from past, don't mark this as duplicate because it went extremely bad in this snapshot(s) and new biomes.

I've never seen so much invisible chunks!
And why this is bug you may ask? If you make something creative in minecraft like speed build or so, terrain is invisible and you can't see anything!
