Book and Quill sign bug

There is a bug with Book and Quill, do this step by step:

1. Write something in a book and quill
2. Press "Sign"
3. Put it any name
4. Press "Cancel"
5. Press "Sign" again
6. The Quill and Book signs without asking for the book title

Also the "click" sound in the step 5 sounds louder / doubled
