Tools summoned in a chest with /summon can't be shift clicked and disappear after 1 use.

I used /summon to summon a chest with a diamond axe in it, but the axe vanished after one use, and could not be shift clicked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type command "/summon FallingSand ~ ~ ~ {TileID:54,Time:1,TileEntityData:{Items:[

{id:279}

]}}"
2. Open the chest and notice that the item can't be shift clicked. When used it will vanish, even with full durability.
