I'm conected to a serer and after a minute it kicks me and gives me and error

I am able to reproduce it in Both creative and survival
the error message is: Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed
I know for a fact that the server and the client are 13w36b so thats not different.

I will attach my log if it helps at all
