When you enter in a seed, terrain gen does not match

when I try to enter in a seed to get a mesa canyon biome, instead, I always get extreme hills, or other cold areas, even when i go to the exact place told to go. Seed=5317325896982704506 x: -451 y: 123 z: -267 should pop up a mesa canyon biome but instead is popping up a extreme hills + with snow on it. Please help.
