Open to LAN always results in 0.0.0.0:XXXXX address (the port being randomized)

When opening to LAN:

Should open to LAN with valid address I.E. 192.168.1.126:12345

Opened to LAN with address 0.0.0.0:57594

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start single player game
2. Press esc; click open to lan, choose any settings (same results with all variations)
3. Clicked "Start LAN World"
4. "Local game hosted on 0.0.0.0:57615" obviously the port changes with each attempt

This was not a problem in 1.4.2
