Silk Touch Bug

While I was playing on my server, I used a shovel with efficiency IV unbreaking III and Silk touch, I destroyed a spruce leaf, since the shovel was silk touch it dropped a leaf. When I moused over said leaf it said "Oak Leaves" but it had the same texture as a spruce leafs. I gather some more accidentally, then I placed them down and destroyed them, one of them dropped a spruce sapling.
