Tall grass and double tall grass spawn on none dirt blocks.

Tall grass i.e. the grass item as well as the new double height tall grass can now spawn on none dirt blocks such as gravel. A block update near them courses the game to release and it removes them.
I don't know if this is a new bug or not I have not seen it before. This may be an issue with the new terrain generation.
