java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException on connection to server

When I log into my server at the spawn I get a Exception in world tick java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

Only happens at my server's spawn point.
I removed my inventory and moved my character to another world.
everything is fine there.
