Double plants cannot be broken by placing a different block on the block it occupies

Steps to reproduce

• Place/find some double tall grass/ double fern
• Place a solid block (e.g. stone) in the block it occupies
• The block will not break the tall grass and occupy its space the same way it does with normal tall grass
