Enchent bug on Minecraft snapshot 1.7

Any enchent on the minecraft 1.7 snapshot is not working i have tried to put the lure enchent it didn't work, i have been trying to enchent up with the enchenting table and the enchent is not working/not showing on the item that has been enchented.
