Jukeboxes play at the sound volume for effects until you change the music volume

When you join a world and your sound settings are for example:
Music: 12%, Sound effects: 80%,
any jukebox you turn on will use the sound effects volume and play on 80%.

However when changing the music volume setting while the jukebox plays, it will then use the music volume.
