free minecraft (bothers me alot)

this really bothers me because if you download the demo and get the latest snapshot you have it free completely legal but i think you guys should put restrictions on downloading the snapshots like haveing to have a priemium account to download them i really hope you fix this
this works for any version and you can get jars off the web and use them too
FYI i know this isn't a bug
