Player can be inside glass pane, when place while jumping

while jumping i placed a glass pane where the players legs were, then fell and my head was in the glass pane.

To reproduce:
1. Make u shape on ground(2x3) with glass panes, 2 blocks tall
2. Jump and go forwards, placing a pane on the second block up in the middle
3. then you are in the pane
